1. Who we are
This online store at https://na-malta.org/store (the “Store”) is operated by:
- Legal entity: Narcotics Anonymous Malta
- Registration number: VO/2598
- Trading name: ECCNA 42 / NA Malta
- Postal address: Millenium Chapel, Triq il-Knisja, San Giljan STJ3043, Malta
- Email: [email protected]
- Telephone: +356 7946 6566
- Country of domicile: Malta
The Store sells registrations, event tickets and related activities for ECCNA 42 (European Convention and Conference of Narcotics Anonymous), taking place at the Mediterranean Conference Centre, Old Hospital Street, Valletta, Malta, on 23rd, 24th, 25th July 2027, and accepts voluntary donations.
By placing an order through the Store you agree to these Terms and Conditions. Please read them before completing your purchase.
2. Products and services
All items sold through the Store are electronic event products: convention registrations, tickets to activities (dinners, discos, boat trips, packages) and voluntary donations. No physical goods are shipped.
Each product page describes what is included. Places for activities are limited; items may be removed from sale once capacity is reached. If we accept an order for an item we are subsequently unable to supply, we will contact you and offer an immediate full refund.
3. Prices and payment
- All prices are displayed and charged in euro (EUR) and include any applicable charges. There are no delivery charges, as all products are delivered electronically.
- The total amount payable is shown before you confirm your order.
- The country of domicile of the merchant is Malta. This is disclosed to you prior to completion of payment.
4. Order confirmation and delivery
Because all products are electronic, delivery takes place by email:
- On successful payment you will receive an order confirmation email containing a unique order number, a description of the items purchased, the amount paid in euro, our trading name, postal address, telephone number and website address, and a summary of our refund policy.
- Your registration or ticket confirmation serves as your proof of purchase. Please bring it (printed or on your phone) together with photo identification when collecting your convention pass or attending an activity.
- Confirmations are normally delivered within minutes of payment. If you have not received your confirmation within 24 hours, check your spam folder and then contact us at [email protected].
There are no export restrictions and no physical delivery; the Store can accept orders from any country.
5. Refund and cancellation policy
Our full Refund and Cancellation Policy forms part of these Terms and Conditions. In summary:
- Donations are voluntary contributions and are non-refundable, except where made in error — contact us within 14 days.
- If ECCNA 42 or a ticketed activity is cancelled by the organisers, you will receive a full refund of the affected items.
- Refunds are made to the original payment method, normally within [5–10] working days of approval.
To request a cancellation or refund, email [email protected] with your order number. Please note the restrictions above carefully before purchasing.
Dispute resolution — MCCAA
In the event that a complaint is not solved directly with the merchant, the cardholder has the right to refer the complaint to the Malta Competition and Consumer Affairs Authority (MCCAA) — www.mccaa.org.mt — and to use the MCCAA’s online Dispute Resolution Platform.
6. Transaction security
We take the security of your payment and personal information seriously:
- The entire website, including the ordering process, is served over an encrypted HTTPS/TLS (SSL) connection, so information you enter cannot be read by third parties in transit.
- Order information is stored on secured servers with access restricted to authorised event administrators.
This protects the ordering pages, the checkout and the payment page. It benefits you by ensuring your card details cannot be intercepted or misused through our website.
7. Accuracy of information
We monitor and update the Store to ensure product descriptions, prices and availability are accurate and consistent with our advertising and event materials. If an error affects your order, we will contact you and offer a correction or a full refund.
8. Your consumer rights
Nothing in these Terms and Conditions affects your statutory rights as a consumer under Maltese and EU law.
9. Governing law
These Terms and Conditions are governed by the laws of Malta. Disputes are subject to the jurisdiction of the Maltese courts, without prejudice to your right to refer a complaint to the MCCAA as described above.
